AUE 2020 - Introduction to Automotive Systems

3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
Introduction to systems thinking as applied to the description, modeling and control of vehicle systems. Theory and function of the most common vehicle systems, including the engine, fuel, exhaust, lubrication, cooling, power electronics, controls, transmission, steering, braking, suspension, tires, chassis and vehicle body systems are covered. Preq or concurrent enrollment: ENGR 2080  and PHYS 1220  and PHYS 1240 .
