Artificial Intelligence Minor

Minor Description

(20 credits minimum)

A minor in Artificial Intelligence requires a minimum of 20 credits as follows:

• Programming Fundamentals-eight credits selected from one of the following combinations:
  • CPSC 1010  and CPSC 1020  
  • CPSC 1050  and CPSC 1070  
  • CPSC 1060  and CPSC 1070  
• Statistical Foundations-three credits selected from IE 3610 , MATH 3020 , STAT 2300 , or STAT 3090 .
• Supporting Requirements-nine credits selected from CPSC 4300 , CPSC 4420 , CPSC 4430 , or HCC 4600 . Note that CPSC 4300 has a prerequisite of CPSC 2120 (4 credits).

NOTE: This minor is not open to Computer Science BA majors.
